I apologize for the somewhat scant update from last week. Many of us, I guess (me, at least) were still adjusting to the end of break. Thanks to Seth for getting his info in! History Fair students - if you are competing in the Historical Paper category, turn in four copies of your paper to your history teacher on Tuesday, January 13!
Oh, and all students attending Florida District 1 Thespian Festival this weekend--remember to arrange with your teachers to turn in Friday assignments later. Or, in the case of Mr. Bobbitt and others like him, turn things in early.

- IB English IV (Benson) - Keep reading Crime and Punishment!
- IB Theatre II (Brooks) - Research Investigation Due. HL, don't forget critique of sources!
- IB Pre-Calculus (Li) - There is a quiz on Section 6.4.
- AP Calculus BC (Bobbitt) - AP problems due. Calc labs will be returned for corrections today.
Tuesday
- IB Chemistry III (Nagel) - Worksheet due.
Wednesday
- IB Biology III and IV (Bidwell) - Test today. Assessment statements due.
- IB Chemistry III (Nagel) - Assessment statements for Option A8 due. Data analysis for Beer-Lambert lab due today (no intro, procedure, conclusion, etc. necessary-just tables and graphs and answers.)
- AP English Language and Composition (Harvilchuck) - There is a reading quiz on "The Story of an Hour," which starts on page 66 of Literature.
- Pre-IB Chemistry I (Nagel) - There is a test on Chapter 8 today - Chemical Reactions.
Thursday
- IB English IV (Benson) - Test on Parts II and III of Crime and Punishment.
- IB Chemistry III (Nagel) - Test on Periodicity and Option A8 today. Appropriate ssessment statements and a brief guide will be posted Wed. night.
- AP Calculus BC (Bobbitt) - IB Review packet #2 due today. There will be an "activity" (IB or AP) counting toward our overall review (not test) grade today. It will not deal with Ch. 8.
- AP Calculus AB (Paedae) - There is a test on 4.4 The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. It can be taken either today or on Friday. If you choose to take it on Friday, you will be given a worksheet to complete.
- Pre-IB Chemistry I (Smith) - There is a test on Chapter 8 today - Chemical Reactions.
- Algebra II Honors (Bobbitt) - Test on irrational and complex numbers - Chapter 6.
Friday
- IB Biology III (Bidwell) - Simulated fruit fly lab due.
- AP Calculus BC (Bobbitt) - Corrected Calc Lab #3 due today.
- AP European History (Bullington) - There is a test spanning the aftermath of the French Revolution to the end of Napoleon's reign.
- AP Calculus AB (Paedae) - There is a test on 4.4 The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. You need to take it today if you did not take it on Thursday.
